_LCP is an award-winning actuarial and analytics consultancy providing advice on energy, insurance, pensions, investments, employee benefits and health. We are a team of over 800 across our offices in London and Winchester._

In 2019 LCP launched Enact, a data integration and analytics platform for intraday energy markets. Enact helps traders and analysts navigate the increasingly complex short term power markets, as the route to Net Zero and increased renewable penetration makes short term power market trading more difficult and opportunistic. The platform has had significant success in the GB market, with analysts and traders using Enact to inform trading and operational decisions in the 'within day market'.
- What will you be doing?_

We are now looking for an individual to grow our client base across GB and Europe and help advance the product in line with the future challenges of the energy transition.

Your specific tasks will include;
- Working with the development teams to shape Enact based on your knowledge of client demand
- Developing our sales strategy and pipeline to target clients where we can add the most value
- Reaching out and speaking to clients, demonstrating Enact and being a primary point of contact through trials
- Attending and speaking at conferences to increase our presence in the European market
- Regularly posting on social media on the driving forces behind interesting events in the power market to raise our profile and brand
- Working with the Partner to identify future countries of interest and shaping the business plan to enter those countries
- What skills, qualities, and experience do you need?_
- Solid experience in the energy industry with a specific focus on GB and European power trading
- A deep experience working with traders and understanding the dynamics of trading markets in real time
- Enjoyment in working as part of a small dynamic team
- You should have a wide network of power traders to prospect within the GB and European power markets
- Excellent communication skills, as an essential part of this role is to be able to communicate effectively both orally and in written communications
- Confidence, with good presentation skills and the ability to explain complex issues to others
