**Information about the position**:
As an Electronics Testing Specialist, you will ensure the quality, functionality, and readiness of electronic devices like smartphones, tablets, and consoles. This role involves hands-on testing, quality control, and software updates. The position reports directly to the Electronics Verification Service (EVS) Shift Manager.

**In this position, you'll**:

- **Conduct Technical Testing**: Perform functional tests on smartphones, tablets, and consoles using pre-established processes.
- **Ensure Quality Control**: Evaluate device condition, functionality, and performance, reporting results accurately.
- **Perform Software Updates & Resets**: Update devices and restore them to factory settings, ensuring compliance with data privacy guidelines.
- **Collaborate on Process Improvements**: Assist the team on improving process flows.
- **Support Documentation**: Assist with creating strategic documentation and process flows.

**About you**:

- Hands-on experience testing, repairing or refurbishing electronic devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets, or network equipment) or similar experience.
- Knowledge of basic electronic components and systems.
- Detail-oriented, with a quality-focused mindset.
- Proactive and flexible, able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Willing to learn and share knowledge with colleagues.
