Information About The Position As an Electronics Testing Specialist, you will ensure the quality, functionality, and readiness of electronic devices like smartphones, tablets, and consoles. This role involves hands‑on testing, quality control, and software updates. The position reports directly to the Electronics Verification Service (EVS) Shift Manager. In this position you'll Conduct Technical Testing: Perform functional tests on smartphones, tablets, and consoles using pre‑established processes. Ensure Quality Control: Evaluate device condition, functionality, and performance, reporting results accurately. Perform Software Updates & Resets: Update devices and restore them to factory settings, ensuring compliance with data privacy guidelines. Collaborate on Process Improvements: Assist the team on improving process flows. Support Documentation: Assist with creating strategic documentation and process flows. About You Hands‑on experience testing, repairing or refurbishing electronic devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets, or network equipment) or similar experience. Knowledge of basic electronic components and systems. Detail‑oriented, with a quality‑focused mindset. Proactive and flexible, able to adapt to changing priorities.
