**What you’ll do**

Working in our Pre Finishing department, we are looking for an organised Team Leader to oversee our pre finishing operation.

Day -to-day responsibilities will include:

- Collaborate with Department Manager to ensure deadline are met
- Ensure operatives are adhering to schedules, highlight any production delays
- Structure staff on day to day basis
- Monitor productivity, capacity, delays, machine breakdowns and communicate with Department Manager
- Liaise with Studio and Finishing ensuring the correct jobs are being worked on at the correct times
- Ability to work on machine when demands require.

The role will be working Mon-Fri 8am-4pm.

**What we’ll need**
- Experience of working in Print Industry
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Experience of leading a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
