**Home Based MASH Social Worker**

A Local Authority based in the South West is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join their MASH service and are providing a very flexible approach in regards to being home based.

**Highlights**:

- Will only need to be in the office 1 week out of 4 and the rest of the time can work from home offering a high level of flexibility.
- The post offers excellent market leading rates and with the added flexibility it enables social workers in other areas to boost their income and escape regional caps
- This is a dedicated MASH post which is non case holding and where hours are generally fixed meaning more free time in the evenings and weekends.
- The team work in partnership with the police and information sharing between services is very effective and quick so that the service is able to respond to queries within timescales
- The service has well established thresholds so that you are able to make quick and effective decisions whilst still having the support of the team manager to provide oversight.

To be considered for this post you should have previous experience of working in a MASH team.
