**Regulatory Analytics Lead**
**Glasgow**

As a Barclays Regulatory Analytics Lead your role will be to facilitate the delivery of high-quality data insights, utilizing a range of business intelligence utilities and analytics capabilities to ensure comprehensive, timely and accurate operational oversight for operational teams, senior leadership, service buyers, audit activity & regulators. You will understand Barclays Group processes & policies to ensure adherence, completing appropriate data reconciliation to provide evidence to demonstrate adherence to controls.

**What will you be doing?**
- Undertaking leadership of the local Business Insight & Analytics resource
- Supporting the development of reporting utilizing a range of tools
- Driving team performance to ensure timely completion of agreed reporting outputs in
- Developing working relationships, within and across, all business areas
- Handling and supporting improvements to ineffective or inefficient processes and procedures, and sharing best practices
- Improving technical knowledge and analytical capabilities through personal development and training

**What we’re looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Significant experience in optimizing and automating reporting, identifying opportunities to do so to drive capacity benefits and remove risk associated with trust processes
- Broad leadership experience and understanding in data & analytics focused environment

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Degree or record of accomplishment in statistics, mathematics, computer science or related scientific disciplines.
- Broad understanding of Financial Services
- Significant experience and understanding in stakeholder management at a senior level
- Proven team player who can work effectively both with their own team and with others across the department and the wider business
