About Wholesale Onboarding & Group FCO

Overall purpose of role

Drive WCOB and GFCO strategy in a number of areas (e.g. operating model reviews, location strategy, ways of working, communications and engagement plan, etc..) Lead strategic reviews across a number of areas identified by WCOB and GFCO management team. Partner closely with other functions on a range of Senior Manager, Conduct and Governance matters and on priority projects

Key Accountabilities

Strategic reviews
- Lead ad hoc high priority projects on behalf of the TC01 COO as business priorities /opportunities emerge (e.g. operating model reviews, growth hiring, cost per trade etc.)
- Lead strategic reviews across a number of areas identified by the TC01 management team (e.g. employee on-boarding, technology provisioning, offshoring etc..), issuing recommendations for Transformation team to execute on; periodically reporting on execution progress
- Work closely with the Transaction Cycle Leads on a variety of key priority issues to drive optimum enterprise outcomes and synergies across the estate (e.g. workforce shape and location)
- Maintain connectivity across the senior levels in the organisation to unearth emerging issues and help bring impetus and connectivity to the various teams, disciplines and skill sets to secure the best outcome for the bank
- Provide trouble shooting problem solving for burning issues within the team and work how to solve them
- Liaise with senior management across the Operations and broader bank as required to deliver Operations objectives, establishing relationships at the senior levels and influencing outcomes
- Define, develop and build diversity model to model impact of planned diversity initiatives
- Support and drive positive perception of TC01 via employee campaigns, partnerships with local government and community organizations

- Design and drive the execution of the TC01 Location Strategy, including shift from high cost to strategic locations and small site consolidation,
