**Job Description**:
Overall purpose:
We are recruiting an experienced Partnerships Officer who will provide effective and efficient support to the Partnerships team. The appointee will be expected to have a strong sense of professionalism, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with staff and stakeholders in a sensitive and professional manner. You will also have a high level of demonstrable organisational and planning skills. The willingness to be adaptable/flexible will be an essential part of this role to provide a wide variety of operational support where appropriate and according to the requirements of the team. You must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Specific duties and responsibilities:

- The role-holder will have the ability to actively work with colleagues from a number of departments for the purpose of supporting partnership and academic operations.
- Support the development of new and existing partnership activities, including scoping and research requirements.
- Support the Academic team in ensuring partner requirements are met.
- Track and manage the staff approvals process according to partner requirements.
- To support in IT system access
- Be responsible for the management (record keeping and version control) of documentation relating to partnership activities.
- Administering and tracking surveys and collating and distributing reports.
- Support in developing procedures and guidelines to enhance processes.
- Liaise with staff members to ensure that partnership quality management requirements, policies and procedures and partner regulations are understood, implemented and achieved.
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues at partner institutions and stakeholders
- Resolve issues/problems/queries independently and provide advice on policy/QA matters to ensure that efficient, day-to-day customer service is delivered to colleagues.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the regulations, particularly those relating to partnership arrangements.
- Support internal and external reporting, including statutory returns and annual monitoring, providing support for data quality queries in conjunction with awarding bodies.
- Ensure that the Academic Calendars including assessment boards are scheduled in advance and be the main operational conduit thereof.
- Facilitating the institution and partner teams work efficiently across different departments.

Additional duties:

- Supporting the academic function as and when required.
- Taking part in meetings and producing notes and actions.
- Supporting and working alongside the quality function

Essential Requirements:

- Have a minimum of 2 years of working within an education setting.
- Have a high attention to detail.
- Be proficient in coordinating projects and scheduling
- Confident in using MS Office.Person specification:
