**Technology Recruitment Consultant (Coca-Cola, Deliveroo, Samsung, Shell)**

We specialise in recruiting leadership, technology, digital and change talent from top to bottom. We operate at all levels from the board down, on a permanent, contract, interim and executive search basis.

We are searching for intelligent, hard-working, competitive, money motivated individuals to join an ambitious, high performing team. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be confident in articulating yourself over the phone andin person.

**Technology Recruitment Consultant - The Company**:

- We recruit the highest calibre technology professionals - you will be trained to become an expert recruiter placing high end tech individuals, offering the highest level of expertise and consultancy.
- Uncapped commission ranging up to 40% - all consultants take home 1/3rd of what they bill
- With a growing team of over 200, 4 international offices and a glass door review number of 4.8 / 5
- High performing environment - multiple billers over £1million

**Technology Recruitment Consultant - The Role**:

- Cold calling clients to find develop and maintain relationships with businesses, CEOs and directors
- Negotiating fees and salaries

- 2:1 or above from top university OR strong sales experience (B2B, Telesales, Estate Agency, BDR)
- Money motivated, performance driven and target focused mindset
- Evidence of winning outside of academics, including promotions, sporting achievements, any extracurricular achievements or societies
