**Entry Level Recruitment Consultant - Technology Sector**
- Salary: £26k Basic + Uncapped Commission, OTE Year1 £40k, Year2 £65k_

**The Company**:
My client is looking for people who have a real drive and hunger to get into the recruitment industry and reap the financial benefits. They want individuals who have done their research into the position and know recruitment is the industry for you.

Specialising in IT and Actuarial recruitment the company prides itself on its core values of Respect, Integrity, Passion and Excellence.You will receive tailored training from day one, supported by both your manager. You start with an induction course toget you up to speed on who the company is, the clients and the way they work. **You**:
The kind of recruiters and trainees we are looking to hire will be business orientated and entrepreneurial. You must also have exceptional communication skills, be passionate about sales, professional and have a 'can do, will do' attitude.

We want to know you’ve done your research into the role so know the day-to-day role of a consultant.
