HS Consultancy Group is one of the fastest growing business rates consultancies to date. Our firm works to reduce business rates for substantial organisations across England. Due to Consistent success we are looking to expand our Sales team.

Our lead generation role will involve making outbound cold calls to decision makers with a view to set up a **free** consultation with our field sales representative, so no hard sales calls are involved.

The role comes with starting salary of £350-£800 a week. The role also comes with an extremely attractive 2 way commission structure. with OTE earnings you can earn up to £800+ per week.

Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm - Friday 9am to 2pm.

8 Hour shifts - 2 x 15 minutes break - 1 x 30 minute lunch.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential Customers
- Present and promote Services over the phone
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently and meet targets

**Note**: Previous experience as a Telemarketer or in sales is preferred however, training will be provided.
