My client who are Electronic Manufacturers are looking for a Technical Buyer to join their Purchasing team, based in Berkshire.
The Technical Buyer, based in Berkshire will be supporting the Supply Chain Manager on supplier performance and take responsibility for specific purchasing improvement projects. The Technical Buyer will also support the sales team on the creation and processingof customer requests for quotation and supporting tasks.
The Technical Buyer, based in Berkshire will be responsible for conducting supplier business reviews, supplier selection and negotiation, investigating front end technical questions, along with preparing quotations for PCBAs, Cable and mechanical assembliesusing customer supplied data.
The successful Technical Buyerbased in Berkshire will have experience in a Purchasing role or similar and ideally have electronics, however a technical background is essential.
