A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior / Principal Structural Engineer in Halesowen to join an established team that provides a full range of engineering services throughout the UK.

This role is specifically for someone who has residential experience, this company works solely within the housing sector (Major PLC housebuilders). You will be required to design house and apartment foundations of all types, retaining walls and undertake superstructurechecks.

Main duties include:

- Undertaking foundation and superstructure designs associated with residential developments.
- Attend site visits, design team meeting, and undertake structural surveys when required.
- Supervising and mentoring less experienced engineers.
- Liaison with clients and contractors.
- Managing the delivery of projects.

For this role you will be required to demonstrate the following:

- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- IT literate
- Ability to interact with a wide range of people including clients, contractors, and other consultants.
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Salary will range from £40,000 - £55,000 depending on experience along with an excellent remuneration package.
