Are you a Structural Technician looking to find a new role allowing you to progress and develop into a Senior Technician? Or maybe an experienced Assistant/Trainee Technician looking to move up the ranks to the Structural Technician Level?
We have a great opportunity for a Structural Technician to join a specialist engineering consultancy that focuses on Civil, Structural, and Geo-Environmental Engineering alongside Transport Planning. They work on a range of projects from ground investigationthrough to build completion, providing a great perspective of every stage in a project.
This consultancy is looking to add both Engineers and Technicians to join its team of roughly 40 individuals due to ever-increasing workloads. The consultancy has a great reputation in the market, with 90% of its business coming from previously satisfied clients.
Additionally, they are also renowned for giving staff great progression opportunities and providing the training required to reach more senior levels. For instance, a current Associate Director started as a Junior Engineer.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

- High calibre of technical ability
- Carry out site visits and surveys
- Good communication skills, both written and oral - liaise with all stakeholders
- Deliver projects within budget whilst following quality control procedures
- Knowledge of various building structures using various materials - steel, concrete, timber, and masonry
- Experience using relevant design software - AutoCAD, Revit
- Awareness of British Standards/Eurocodes
- Self-motivated and capable of working well in a team
