Position**:Home Assistant Practitioner**

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Permanent

Location**:Maldon CM9**

**Salary**: £13.00 per hour (depending on experience and NVQ level)

Shifts: Days available

Shift pattern: 12-hour shift(36 hours weekly)

Shift timings: 8:00 till 8:00

As a Care Home Assistant Practitioner under the guidance of a Manager.
- Administer and manage medication..
- Write care plans.
- Clinical observations.
- Tissue viability, dressings wounds and pressure relief.
- Social, therapeutic, and rehabilitative care.
- Catheter and stoma care.
- Canulation/ECG/venepuncture.
- Diabetes management and blood sugar monitoring.
- Care plans write and update
- Manual handling trainee

**Requirements**:

- 1. Applicant must have right to work in the UK
- 2. Applicant must have clear DBS either simple or enhanced.
- 3. Applicant must have at least 24 months prior to relevant working experience.
- 4. Applicant must be local and willing to do 12 hours shifts.
- 5. Applicant must be able to provide 2 references prior.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
