Job Overview:

**Duties**:

- Under the direction and supervision of a teacher or line manager (e.g. Higher-Level Teaching Assistant), to support pupil’s learning, to attend to pupils’ personal needs and to provide general support in managing pupils and the classroom.
- To uphold and promote the Academy’s child protection and safeguarding policies and procedures and ensure they are adhered to by all staff.
- To promote the safety and wellbeing of students.

**Experience**:

- The ability to relate well with children and adults.
- Level 2 Numeracy/ Literacy or willingness to work towards.
- The ability to work as a member of a team.
- Good communication skills to engage with pupils, teachers, and parents.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From £12.18 per hour

Expected hours: 15.25 per week
