Area Supervisor required, Must live in S postcode to look after our portfolio in South Yorkshire however can involve involve going further a field, Proven track record is required for this role, Van, Fuel card and phone are provided for business use, Expenses will be paid.

Working from 6-10 Hours per day with a 06:00-07:00am start time dependant on schedule However this can change to the companies needs,

Working on a 4 on 4 off shift Pattern, However we do need flexibilty to working days off, if we have jobs booked in, or to cover Holiday & Sickness

Support is needed for our growing company to ensure we maximise our efficiency and evolve to be more than a standard cleaning company, In return we will offer a competitive salary above most other cleaning companies starting at £13ph,

**Duties**:

- Oversee and manage a designated area or region
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance
- Provide coaching and training to employees as needed
- Implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with other supervisors to coordinate operations
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Prepare reports on area performance and present findings to management
