Area Cleaning Supervisor

About The Role The Role – We are looking to recruit for an Area Cleaning Supervisor – the role is Overseeing operations throughout Gainsborough, Sheffield and surrounding areas What we are paying: £13.22 per hour The hours you shall be working will be: Monday - Friday 07:00 - 15:00 (including 30 min unpaid break with occasional weekends) What you shall be doing / responsibilities Meet and where possible, exceed client expectations whilst operating Recruit, induct and train suitable staff ensuring compliance with vetting procedures Maintain numbers of staff at the agreed levels to maintain contract standards Monitor client satisfaction and service delivery on a monthly basis, through client meetings, monthly call log/complaints reports To oversee the site-based training matrix for all personal to ensure training is delivered Ensure that all Atlas FM personnel follow site rules and maintain a smart appearance About You What skills and attributes we need from you Ability to work well in a highly pressurised environment and communicate effectively with people at all levels. Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision. Strong team working ethic and flexibility. Strong customer service. Health & Safety awareness. Confident, approachable, professional and able to use diplomacy to handle different situations. We do require all of our employees have a basic level of written and spoken English. You must have the right to work in the UK and be able to bring that information to the interview. Please ensure you have the ability to demonstrate you are able to deliver on the responsibilities.
