He has a very active lifestyle and your role will be to provide full care and support to our client within his own home and out in the community.He is very independent and therefore just requires prompting and assisting with his medication needs.
As a Healthcare Assistant you will have an opportunity to build on your current experience by working directly with clinical interventions including but not limited to:
- NG/Gastrostomy feeding, BIPAP, Cough Assist, Tracheostomy. Suction etc.

We are seeking Healthcare Assistants (HCA’s) to work in partnership with our nurses to provide clinical interventions for patients with a range of debilitating conditions and disabilities. You will be compassionate and caring with a desire to succeed in allthat you do. We have an excellent training programme in place to support you with your career development.
**As a Healthcare Assistantwith Advantage Healthcare you will**:
- Have paid experience as a support worker or healthcare assistant (HCA) in a community, residential or hospital setting
- Be committed to providing the highest standard of compassionate care
- A current enhanced DBS on the update service (preferred but not essential)
- Sound knowledge ofperson centred care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
