Are you an Experienced Female Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker seeking a new challenge? or looking to enhance your earnings.
Our Client an elderly gentleman of 90 years, who requires care and support with his everyday living. The gentleman has a very active lifestyle and your role will be to provide care and support to our client within his own home and out in the community, theworker will need to hold a full driving licence, our client is very independent and therefore just requires prompting and assisting with his medication needs, you will also be supported by a Live in care worker.
Shift patterns are flexible 09.00-17.00 7 days per week (as availability will allow)
**Pay rates £11.99 - £21.98 per hour Inc Holiday pay**
Meals will be provided when working.
As a Healthcare worker you will have the opportunity to build on your current experience by working directly with clinical interventions including but not limited to:
NG/Gastrostomy feeding, BIPAP, Cough assist, Tracheostomy, suction etc. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career and working within the community setting, providing a high standard of clinical, physical & emotional support.
We are seeking Healthcare workers to work in partnership with our nurses to provide clinical interventions for patients with a range of debilitating conditions and disabilities, you will be compassionate and caring with a desire to succeed in all that youdo. We have an excellent training programme in place to support you with your career development.
As a Healthcare worker at Advantage Healthcare you will have paid experience as a support worker or HCA in the community, or residential, hospital setting,
- Be committed to provide the highest standard of compassionate care
- A current Enhanced Adult/child DBS on the update service. (preferred but not essential)
- sound knowledge of person centred care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
