**The role**
We want to find the best talent, hire them quickly, onboard them brilliantly and keep them forever This role will be fundamental in supporting the Head of Talent on all things talent and development. From recruitment strategies and lunch & learns to learning programmes and continuous development - you will have the opportunity to get stuck in and make an impact.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the end-to-end resourcing process for roles at all levels across all of our sites.
- Collaborate and partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders providing advice and guidance on the market and ensuring the process flows
- Actively headhunt top talent from aspirational companies
- Utilise and maintain the applicant tracking system to progress recruitment activity.
- Track hiring metrics including time to hire, cost per hire, and source of hire, working to achieve team targets.
- Create talent pools for future requirements.
- Provide consultative advice to hiring managers on best practice interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
- Host and participate in job fairs as required.
- Support project work that contributes to the Talent Team's continuous improvement.
- Build brand awareness across social channels with insightful, fun posts
- Support the Head of Talent in L&D initiatives, including running training sessions
- Own the onboarding process ensuring its seamless execution
- Run onboarding activities such as site visits, Ops Board breakfasts and company induction sessions
**Requirements**:
**We’d love you to have**
- Extensive experience of hiring directly, ideally in a consumer business
- A Linkedin pro - you should be comfortable with the recruiter tool and managing a company page
- Confident, personable and able to build relationships across the company quickly
- A go getter - if something doesn’t work, you change it. If something is missing, you create it
- You work with absolute precision, checking details and ensuring accuracy
- Strong MS Office skills - especially excel (you love data and metrics) and powerpoint
- Experience of running training sessions is a bonus
