**APPROVED ELECTRICIAN - BURTON - £16.78 PER HOUR (40 HOURS)**

Our client has operated across the Midlands for over 30 years building a blue-chip client base in the industrial, commercial, public and education sectors. They have a reputation for technical knowledge and quality customer service. They design, install,maintain and test electrical installations, structured wiring, fire and intruder alarms, emergency lighting, CCTV access control and air-conditioning systems.

**The Position**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Approved Electrician to take on this varied and dynamic role to help support the continued growth of our successful Electrical and Security contracting business. You will be undertaking general electricalworks plus installation of air-con, CCTV and more.

**About You**

The successful Electrician will be able to demonstrate:

- The ability to work within a multi-function team
- Can communicate effectively and openly at all levels both verbally and written
- Hold a valid JIB Grading card
- Are qualified to the 18th Edition of the Electrical Regulations BS7671
- Have experience working in the building and construction industry
- Have knowledge of building regulations (Part P)
- Knowledge of current electrical and health and safety regulations
- Enthusiastic, 'hands-on, can do' approach, willing to pitch in and help out irrespective of the works.
- Self-motivated team member with the ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
