**Working Hours**:
- As required. Normal office hours are 09:30 to 17:30 Monday-Thursday.
- Friday 9.30am to 5.00pm.
- An ability to manage a remote workforce is required (extensive travel and ‘on call’ response is required outside of office hours).

**Job Summary**:
Located mainly in our central offices in Milton Keynes and reporting to the Head of Cruise Operations, You may be asked to support with other cruise clients.
The role of the ODM is to ensure that the Marella Cruise Entertainment is flawlessly delivered with highest calibre of entertainment, within budget and manage a seamless rotation of cast and technical crews, achieving targeted CSQs scores. You may be asked to support with other cruise clients.
**Key Tasks**:
**Recruitment and Rotations**
- Supporting Head of Cruise Operations, Technical and Guest Acts Department on general recruitment needs for the ships; always thinking ahead on rotation gaps and addressing these with each in good time, ensuring your vessels are always fully manned.
- Accountable and responsibile for the rotation plan for the ships - sharing these plans with the HOCO on a weekly basis.
**Entertainment Team Communication & **On-Boarding**:
- Working alongside the Cruise Logistics Coordinators this role is the contact point for newly joining entertainment crew members - sending general introductions/information and answering contract queries.
- Coordinating and requesting contracts and SEA’s for newly-joining crew from the Cruise Logistics Coordinator.
**Day-to-Day Delivery Management, Support and Administration**:
- Day-to-day delivery support to on-board team - supporting where able with issues and challenges. Collate team member appraisals and share with the **ted** HQ Cruise Team for reference. Feedback any challenges to the HOCO, in order for him/her to keep the client informed.
- As per HOCO’s schedule, make regular ship visits to ensure standards of delivery are being maintained on board; feedback to ship management teams at end of visits and compile visit-reports to submit to HOCO. Hold one-to-ones with on board Line Managers whilst on visits and support where required.
- Recognise areas for improvements or product advancement whilst on board and feed back to the HOCO for approval on actions to be taken.
- Maintain and update databases to include but not limited to crew rotations, active projects, wrike & budgets provide HOCO with the data in a timely fashion is expected.
- At all times, remain mindful that our client is at the heart of what we do; what does the client want to see? are we fulfilling the client’s requests and requirements? Are we working on budget, on request, and on time?
- Provide Cruise Logistics Coordinator with weekly immigration movements, for them to submit all together to the ships and Port Agents.
- Requesting and submitting team member invoices once they embark for their contract.
- Send cabin requests for visiting HQ teams and handovers on your ships to Cruise Logistics Coordinator for them to submit.
- Provide Cruise Logistics Coordinator with stock purchasing requests, after approval in **ted** Procure by COM.
- Attend regular Cruise Team meetings, as organised by the HOCO.
- Working as part of the entire Cruise Team, on seasonality changes and special projects (ie; Christmas, Easter, themed-cruises etc).
- Management and support of on board Climbing Walls, Escape Rooms and any additional activities.
- Closely monitor the weekly CSQ results for your ships and feedback any concerns or successes to the HOCO; address where necessary. Be prepared to give reasons for changes in scores and with support from the HOCO and HQ Creative Team, work to constantly improve these results..
- CSQ scores - liaise with onboard team, production, music & media, guest acts and technical, work with these teams to put improvement plans in place where needed - rectify any issues. Work with production to oversee rehearsal period and address performance / casting issues.
**Additional Responsibility of Cruise Delivery Manager**
- Sourcing, interviewing and recruitment of Children’s Hosts/High Season Hosts.
- Management of the on-board M Club programme; coaching and mentoring the on-board M Club teams.
- Actively updating the M Club manual and documentation process.
- Being constantly aware of updates to UK safeguarding.
- Creating and updating seasonal M Club activity sessions.
- Work alongside the Cruise Logistics Coordinator on ordering Summer/Winter season M Club stock as required by ships; being mindful of need and budget.
- Maintain and manage the M Club budget.
- Provide feedback to the Creative Team regarding the M Crew offering.
- Manage the M Crew merchandise sold on-board.
- Manage and monitor the training and stock levels of the on-board climbing walls.
