**The Best Connection are recruiting on behalf of our client in Verwood for a Deburrer**

This role is within a busy, well equipped and modern CNC machine shop.

**Possible permanent position following a successful trial period**

**Duties include**:

- Cleaning components using ultrasonic equipment
- Ensuring components are deburred to customer requirements
- Deburring and cleaning precision machined components to customer requirements using pneumatic and held hand tools
- Self inspection of work using 10x magnification and borescope equipment
- Ensure all components/transportation boxes are FOD free before passing to final inspection
- Keeping work area clean and tidy in line with 5s methodology
- Completion of paperwork to ensure traceability is maintained at all times
- Keen eye for detail
- Experience of working within an AS9100 accredited organization, or equivalent
- Skilled in using various hand held finishing tools
- Self motivated
- Flexible approach to meet customer demands
- Experience of Mechanical Inspection
- Understanding of technical drawings
- Team player

**The Package**:

- Monday - Thursday 07:30 - 16:30
- Friday - 07:30 - 12:30

**Pay Rate**:

- £14ph

**Onsite Parking available**

**Benefits & Requirements**:

- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
