We are currently looking for a **Process Coach **to join our friendly team based in Tarmac Aberthaw, Barry.

**Role Responsibility**:
In the role of **Process Coach**, you will be responsible for:

- Developing the skills and understanding of the Plant’s production teams in improving the process performance by driving change within the operating practices.
- Driving reliability improvements, maximising fuel and energy efficiencies and maintaining the stability of the equipment and products.
- Maintenance of the operators training and certification and qualification programme.
- Acting as a coach and mentor to Control Room Operators (CROs) and other operations staff.
- Review plant operational trends and deviations, and where required make changes to operation set points to ensure the most optimal running of the plant.
- Implement and contribute to Company best practises.
- Assist in the development, modification and management of the Plant’s Standard Operating Procedures.
- Technical/ Engineering / Supervisory Qualification
- HNC or equivalent qualification desirable.
- IOSH Certificate or higher preferred
- Training/Coaching certification or qualification (desirable)
- Ideally time served in a CRO position or good plant technical knowledge & thorough appreciation of CRO role.
- Good understanding of Operational matters - safety, environment, quality, plant design, maintenance and production KPI’s and costs.
- Willing to work a range of hours including shifts, to support operator’s development.
