**Role**

We are seeking an experienced Administration Co-ordinator with excellent organisational and communication skills to join the faculty. You will operate as a senior administrator undertaking specialist and non-specialist administrative work supporting facultyprojects including co-ordinating registration events, supporting internal and external audit and data requests, and supporting Quality activities. You will deliver high level committee servicing to faculty wide committees and you will be expected to liaiseclosely with people at all levels of the institution including senior staff within the faculty and university, central departments and external stakeholders.

You will also provide support to the Associate Dean Academic in relation to teaching and learning activities for students and academic staff. You will acquire specialist knowledge of processes and procedures and provide others with advice and guidance.

You will have proven administration and committee servicing experience and good problem-solving abilities. You must have confidence in providing guidance, coordinating activities and liaising closely with others to complete tasks. You will have the abilityto communicate effectively with students and staff at all levels of an organisation with excellent written and verbal skills, and work to a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

As the Administration Co-ordinator you will be a highly organised and dynamic person, with a proven, proactive approach to work and show a commitment to adopting the principles of continuous improvement. You must be comfortable working independently in abusy environment and competent in managing competing priorities and deadlines seamlessly. Previous experience of working in an administrative role within in a Higher Education setting would be advantageous.
