**SALARY: TMS/UPS + TLR 2.2 £5,645 per annum**
- At Thorns Collegiate Academy, we require an enthusiastic, hard-working, and creative teacher to lead Business Studies. _This post will involve teaching Business Studies across Key Stage 4, but may also include a requirement to teach our bespoke Key Stage 3 curriculum, Literacy for Life_. _
**Key Responsibilities**:
- To develop, plan and deliver effective and high-quality learning experiences for all the students they teach
- Be accountable for the learning and achievement of all the students they teach
- To liaise with teaching colleagues across the school to support strategic development, share good practice and plan collaborative activities
- _Be a consistently good/outstanding teacher_
- _Be an exceptional classroom practitioner with high expectations of both learning and behaviour_
- _Able to inspire, motivate and enthuse pupils _
- _Be committed to raising standards for all and share the same drive to constantly learn and improve_
- _Show willingness to lead initiatives and show evidence of impact_
