**Cold Beverage Supervisor**

**Overview**

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Cold Beverage Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional service and high-quality milkshakes, smoothies, and other cold beverages. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure efficiency during peak hours, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. Your leadership skills, attention to detail, and passion for customer service will contribute to the success here at Shake Stop

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and lead the team by training, supporting, and motivating staff to maintain excellent service and efficiency.
- Prepare and serve beverages, ensuring consistent quality in milkshakes, smoothies, and other cold drinks.
- Engage with customers, provide outstanding service, handle complaints professionally, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards by ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and cleanliness protocols.
- Manage cash handling and transactions, process payments accurately, and monitor financial operations.
- Organise shift schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure timely service during busy hours.
- Identify areas for improvement in processes and service, implementing solutions to enhance customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a cafe, juice bar, or similar food service environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train and mentor staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both team members and customers.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Experience handling cash transactions and managing daily financial operations.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations is essential.
- A passion for customer service and a genuine enthusiasm for cold beverages.
