Sales Support Administrator

Due to business growth our Lichfield client has an opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator on a Permanent basis. Their business is going from strength to strength and this role will be to support the team with office adminsitration tasks.
The Role
- Updating company CRM
- Handle incoming calls and fielding correctly
- Calling customers chasing quotes
- Assisting the sales team with market feedback
- Providing updates to customers
- Ensuring all quotes are logged on the system according to current guidelines
The Individual / Experience
Proven experience in a similar role
Fast accurate keyboard skills
PC literate including MS Office
Car owner / licence if not local to Lichfield
Hours:
8.30 am - 5.00 pm Monday - Friday
Salary £20,000 per annum + company bonus
