**Responsibilities**:
The role of the Sales Administrator is to support the Business Development Manager throughout the sales process, ensuring effective support and customer service.
- Generating leads to maximise sales.
- Point of contact for communication with Partners and Licenced Installers and providing a high level of customer service.
- Working closely with Technical Sales Surveyor to identify surveying opportunities.
- Creating sales quotes for customers.
- Following up quotations to maximise sales opportunities.
- Inputting information onto the companies CRM system, ensuing all information is entered accurately.
- Working with Solution Sales to optimise refurb opportunities.
- BABI Research
- Assisting departments internally to create site reports.
- Developing Controls via Façade Team
- Communicate with Management regarding any irregular issues/concerns observed on a continuous basis.
**Technical Knowledge / Qualifications**:
- Ideally, 1 - 2 years working within a similar role is essential.
- Previous sales experience is essential.
- Previous experience using CRM systems and working to KPI’s is essential.
- Must be a strong communicator who can build relationships at various levels.
- Microsoft proficient
- Report writing skills
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Own transport is essential due to location.
