**Location: Portsmouth**

**Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (OTE £45,00 - £50,000 dependent on performance)**

We have a unique opportunity for a pro-active, game changing Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our newly formed Talent Acquisition team here in Portsmouth. You will help us to build a strong employer brand in the recruitment market, ensuring we acquire the best talent for STR’s current needs and future growth ambitions, enabling us to position ourselves as an employer of choice.

**What you’ll be doing**

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be sourcing the best talent to bring into our business, ensuring we bring in people with the right skills and motivations. This will include attracting high quality Graduates for our regular Training Academies as well as building relationships with experienced Recruitment Consultants. You will play a key role in our small team, working alongside another Talent Acquisition Specialist and the Head of Talent Acquisition. You will work in partnership with HR and the Head of Learning and Development to ensure new talent is closely screened, assessed, and onboarded into the business to provide every chance of success and a longstanding career with STR.

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition to understand the future vision and business growth plans
- Building solid relationships with our Brand Directors, acting as a trusted partner in order to develop a sound understanding of their business whilst firmly establishing their unique requirements for talent and supporting them to find the best talent for open and upcoming roles
- Maintaining relationships with experienced Recruiters and developing a pipeline of high performing Recruitment Consultants who could be potential future hires for STR
- Utilising job boards and social media channels including Linked-In Recruiter to develop, and maintain a high-quality network of talent
