Part-Time (0.8 FTE) Term Time Plus 5 Days

We are seeking a committed and proactive administrative professional to join the Outwood Family as a SEND Admin Officer, working closely with our Directors of SEND. This new post will suit a skilled administrator looking for a new challenge.

Providing confidential administrative support, including the servicing of meetings and diary management support, will involve working both autonomously and as part of the team. You will need to foster positive working relationships with a wide range of colleagues, both internal and external to the organisation, requiring you to be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
Whilst beneficial, a working knowledge of SEND guidance, practices and legislation is not essential as support and training will be provided.
As part of the Outwood Family, you will have access to a comprehensive programme of CPD opportunities and varied routes for career progression.
This part-time, flexible role can be based at any of the Trust’s secondary schools. The role will include some travel to schools across the Trust. Working patterns and hybrid working will be discussed at interview.
