**Paralegal - Housing Management and Propety Litigation**
**THE COMPANY: Our client is a well-established Law firm based in the City, who are seeking a Housing Management and Property Litigation Paralegal.**
**THE ROLE**:Some responsibilities you may have are;**:

- **Managing your own caseload and assisting partners and other fee earners on a day-to-day basis.**:

- **Street property acquisiton and sales, Lease extensions and Auction disposals**:

- **Organising and maintaining tidy and accurate files both in hard copy and electronically**

**THE PERSON**:

- **You will have a strong academic background, ideally gaining a 2:1 at degree level**:

- **Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role**:

- **Excellent administration and organisation skills, including diary management, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal**
