An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IP Litigation Paralegal to join a leading media and entertainment law firm in London for an initial 6m FTC but with potential to extend.
**The team**:
The firm’s highly respected IP Litigation Group advises on all stages of a dispute involving IP rights from initial discussions about strategy and risk, all the way through to litigation and work with many household brands. The team is going from strength tostrength and is continuing to grow and the firm has a strong reputation of promoting Paralegals to Trainees.
**The role**:
The successful IP Litigation Paralegal can look forward to supporting the IP Disputes team. Duties will include:

- Drafting Court documents
- Liaising with clients
- Preparing papers and bundles for Court
- Liaising with third parties such as Customs and Trading Standards Authorities
- Maintaining and updating correspondence and other filing

**About you**:

- Law degree or equivalent qualification essential, LPC desirable
- Prior experience in Intellectual Property and Litigation
- An interest in Intellectual Property gained through Work Experience, Vacation Schemes or the Elective on the LPC
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage tasks effectively
