**Concierge**

**Job description**:

- Offering a warm and professional welcome to visitors and entering their details into the visitor log
- Overseeing the safe-keeping of the building’s keys to allow access for maintenance and repairs when necessary
- Building quality checks
- Contributing to the maintenance of the building by reporting faults or damage to fixtures and fittings
- Overseeing deliveries and signing for packages when required
- Building a network of local contacts to ensure high-quality recommendations
- Acting as a first point of contact for queries and complaints
- Dealing with lost property and locating missing items
- Liaising with cleaning and grounds keeping staff to ensure that safety and cleanliness standards are maintained

- Excellent communication skills and an ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional tone at all times
- Organisational skills and a methodical approach to dealing with the varied needs of the guests
- Networking skills and knowledge of local business and venues
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Decision-making skills and ability to make good judgment to answer questions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle situations with sensitivity and tact

**Job Types**: Part time - Permanent

**Rate of pay**:£10.90ph

**Positions available**:1 part time position available

**Schedule**: Monday and Friday 08:30 - 17:00

**Ability to commute/relocate**: Cardiff, Cardiff: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £10.90 per hour
