The Role - Risk & Compliance Manager
Location - Cumbernauld - North Lanarkshire
Salary - £30K-£35K depending on experience
Hours - Mon-Thurs 8am - 5pm (early finish on Friday)

Office Angels Glasgow have a fantastic opportunity to join an established engineering design and manufacturing company supplying to the FMCG market.

With an esteemed client base, you would be joining a business with an enviable reputation in the industry.
Working alongside the General Manager you will oversee all aspects of H&S across operations.
**Key experience required -**
- Experienced ISO practitioner (mandatory)
- IOSH and/or NEBOSH (desirable)
**Key accountabilities -**
- Ensure full compliance with all legislative responsibilities
- Implement programs, projects, and initiatives to drive business improvement in all areas of HSE&Q
- Ensure all ISO criteria are met across our Integrated Management System
- Take full responsibility for all mandatory training
- Management of the H&S system.

- Manage People for success - work with a wide range of stakeholders across different disciplines
- Consistently deliver great performance
- Be able to identify clear priorities
- Develop a deep understanding of the business
- have strong interpersonal and leadership skills and will be enthusiastic about driving innovative solutions for continuous improvement and will strive to achieve and maintain compliance objectives.
- Have previous experience in a similar role where you had responsibility for liaising with suppliers and customers regarding audit and compliance requirements
