Our client are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team.
**As a BDR, you will be responsible for**:
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for our innovative software solutions.
- You will be working closely with our sales and marketing teams to generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and help drive revenue growth for our company.
- Collaborate with an Account Executive on strategic prospecting
- Develop your sales skills
- Report to the BDR Manager on activity and pipeline
**Requirements**:
- University/college Graduate or less than 5 years work experience seeking entry level role
- Intermediate/Advance Spanish speaking capability
- Competitive, driven individual
- Personable, with good soft skills
- Coachable
The Package
- £25,000 base, £33,000 OTE in your first year (uncapped)
- Share options in the business (added financial incentive)
