Parts Supervisor

**As a Parts Supervisor at our Witham site, you will be responsible for leading a busy Parts Department, providing excellent customer service**.

**What you will do**
- Managing the parts department and team
- Deputise in Manager’s absence
- Control parts administration ensuring work in progress is kept to a minimum and that invoices are processed immediately following job completion
- Oversee parts operation and ensure full range of skills is passed on to all front counter staff, including stock ordering and reporting procedures.
- Supplier interface
- Production of stock orders
- Control of VOR orders
- Control stock holding and parts purchasing to agreed parameters.
- Housekeeping of department and surrounding areas.
- Become fully conversant with all Aftersales procedures and ensure that these are maintained in accordance with the Company procedures manual.
- Inter-departmental liaison
- Workshop parts supply
- Become fully conversant with all computerised systems
- Van routing
- Van maintenance schedule
- Customer liaison
- Issue of credit notes where necessary
- Achievement of parts sales targets and department budget
