Experience We Value Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role, ideally in hospitality. A positive attitude and strong communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to support and guide a team. Understanding of health & safety and food safety basics. Passion for great service and guest experience.
