The Sales Support role offers a varied range of tasks including managing incoming calls, building customer relationships and providing project updates as well as booking seminars and organising internal fundraisers

**Key Responsibilities**
- Contacting new and existing clients in order to gain project updates
- Project track to ensure we maximise every opportunity of winning the project
- Book seminars for the External Sales Team including arranging lunch and hotels
- Make outgoing customer relationship calls to bring in new potential leads
- Be involved in the sales order process, raising quotes, sales and purchase orders
- Provide admin support for the team at all times including ordering stationery
- Support with organising social events and the annual fundraiser
- Achieve personal and department targets
- Meet and greet all visitors

**About You, Skills and Attitude**
- Ideally to have experience in an Administration or Customer Service role.
- Actively demonstrate the Values and Behaviours of the business.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
- Strong eye for attention to detail.
