Join the team at **Special Needs Care** and you will be part of a close-knit community, supporting people to develop their skills, build their confidence and become independent individuals.
- **The role will include**:_
- Positively leading teams of Active Support Workers to enable the smooth running of services.
- Taking on a practice leadership role for the Active Support framework.
- Supporting adults with daily living tasks in their own home including skills teaching and development.
- Coordinating support to meet the health needs of the people using our services.
- Completing audits in line with CQC Regulations and Key Lines of Enquiry.
- Taking part in an on-call rota system to ensure continuity of care and support out of hours.
- **From us, you can expect**:_
- Full time contracts at 35 hours per week with opportunities for paid overtime.
- Competitive Salary at £10.90 per hour and £13 per hour for all overtime.
- Access to accredited qualifications & comprehensive training including full Active Support and Positive Behaviour Support Training from a team of board-certified behaviour analysts.
