Primary Care Mental Health Practitioner

Due to internal promotion a vacancy has arisen for an experienced mental health practitioner (RMN, social worker, occupational therapist) to work
within the local primary mental health support service to undertake assessments and provide short term therapeutic interventions.
You will be responsible for delivering the five functions of Part One of the Mental Health Wales (2010) Measure; providing consultation (advice
and information) to Primary Care professionals, service users and carers; delivering high quality, brief evidence based psychological interventions
for individuals with mild to moderate mental health difficulties and supporting onward referral. The ability to work from various locations across Montgomeryshire as well as using digital technology in response to service demand is required for this post. Applicants with skills and experience in counselling and/or of working in a trauma informed way would be welcomed.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
