**Purchase Ledger Administrator**

My client is a large, well respected HGV dealer group. Exceptional working environment and excellent management
They are currently seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their busy accounts team

**Purchase Ledger Administrator Job Role**
- Ensure all invoices have valid purchase order numbers & that amounts match the supplier invoices
- Communicate with managers to obtain valid purchase orders
- Scanning & registering supplier invoices
- Contacting staff to ensure supplier invoices are authorised in a timely manner
- Producing reports regularly on outstanding items
- Resolve queries & request copy invoices needed
- Creating & setting up new accounts as required
- Reconciling supplier statements (including manufacturer statements)
- Resolving unallocated cash
- Preparing BACS payment runs & ad hoc payments requests

**Purchase Ledger Administrator Requirements**
- 2-3 years previous PL experience preferred
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Work calmly under pressure
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail & accuracy
- The ability to work efficiently in order to meet & achieve targets & deadlines
- Kerridge experience beneficial but not essential

**What's on Offer**
- Salary £28,000 - £30,000 DOE
- Monday - Friday 9am to 5.30pm
- Career progression opportunities

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
