**What will you be doing?**

As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will work closely with our supply chain and logistics team to organise the timely delivery of materials from our suppliers for key contractor work across the business. We are seeking an organised, detail-orientated and autonomous individual to join our team on a 6-month fixed term basis, in our growing and exciting start up business.

**So what does the role look like day-to-day?**

**Key responsibilities include**
- Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure orders are placed in a timely manner
- Managing the full process of delivery through to arrival and collection
- Tracking any delays and highlighting these where necessary
- Obtaining proof of Delivery
- Responding to any enquiries both internal and external
- Accurately logging information and inputting data

**What we are looking for?**
- Previous experience in a supply chain or logistics role preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office packages
- High Attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
