We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring smooth communication between our clients and internal teams.

Duties
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of client programs, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Contribute to the development of customised client procedures and reports, offering guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Provide support in reviewing evidence for minor 'Desktop' non-conformances
- Carry out factory audit report gradings in line with client requirements
- Support the Client Relations team in managing supply chain-related audits, including assisting with documentation, findings, and recommendations.
- Participate in supplier meetings and conferences, ensuring effective communication
- Assist in the preparation of invoices and the collection of monthly Purchase Order numbers from supply chain clients, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with Assistant Supply Chain Account Managers to review and validate reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Support the Assistant Supply Chain Account Managers with any supply chain program inquiries
- Carry out data entry tasks and answer phones
- Contribute to miscellaneous departmental projects as assigned, ensuring the successful completion of tasks and adherence to project timelines.
- Create online Corrective Action Plans on Optimus, based on audit reports provided by clients.

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong administrative and clerical skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Accurate typing and data entry skills
