**Company Overview**:
Meraki Health is a float centre dedicated to providing a unique and rejuvenating wellness experience for our clients. We're looking for one part-time Float Centre Host who is as passionate about cleanliness as they are about exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Primary Focus on Cleanliness**: Ensuring all areas, especially the float tanks, maintain the highest standard of cleanliness. This includes deep cleaning, changing filters, managing floor drains, topping up water/salt, and checking various PH/H202 Buoyancy/water levels.
- Greet and educate clients, providing them with a thorough introduction to the benefits of floating.
- Drive product and service sales with a focus on selling memberships.
- Creating Social Media posts using Instagram, Canva, and Tik Tok.
- Operate independently, including opening the centre at the start of the day and closing at the end of the day.

**Requirements**:

- **Attention to Cleanliness**: A keen eye for cleanliness and order.
- A robust work ethic, flexibility, and a willingness to handle varied tasks.
- Ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision.
- Produce consistent quality work under strict timelines, while staying calm and compassionate towards customers.
- Physically capable of lifting 25kg and performing manual tasks as necessary.
- Enthusiasm for wellness and a dedication to superior customer service.
- First aid certification or willingness to undertake a 1-day emergency at work first aid course.
- Openness to cover shifts during holidays, and unplanned days off.

**Hours**:
Monday: 12:30 pm - 10pm

Friday: 5 pm - 10 pm

Potential weekend cover (when needed for holidays or flexibility): 9.30am - 8.15pm

**Wage**:£10.50 per hour
