**Sales Ledger Administrator**
**The Opportunity**
Working in a friendly team who are committed to delivering an outstanding service, your role will be to maintain an effective sales ledger in line with company procedures and administrative support to the finance department and other divisions as required.
**The Package**
£18-£22k basic with an increase after probation
35 days holiday per year (including bank holidays)
37.5 hours per week
Flexible working hours
Work from home options following probation
Fully funded apprenticeship schemes following probation
**The Role of the Sales Ledger Administrator**
- Maintenance of sales ledger, ensuring that all sales invoices are raised, processed, paid promptly and accurately
- Ensure any charges are raised correctly
- Credit control on outstanding debt
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and using your initiative to ensure any credit control issues can be proactively addressed
- Liaising and supporting the operational team
- Ad hoc duties within the Head Office Finance/Administration Department
- Working to deadlines
- Following all company procedures and systems.
**The Person Profile**
- Strong Sales Ledger experience
- Excellent IT skills.
- Excellent numeracy skills.
- The ability to communicate with all levels of staff.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
