About the role

What will you be doing?
As a Business Relations Officer, you will support with projects and assist in the development and maintenance of Business Processes.

The role involves communicating with all Providers when general information has to go out (e.g. Provider forums), arranging internal / external meetings and minute-taking for meetings as required. Also, raising Purchase Orders, paying invoices, reconciling data against back up monthly evidence from Providers and working with Commissioner around discrepancies and queries.

About you
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and able to communicate both verbally and in writing at all levels, building good working relationships. If you have positive team work ethics and can work on your own initiative, this could be the role for you.

You will have excellent administration skills as well as good attention to detail. You will also have good organisational skills, be able to prioritise your workload to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure whilst maintaining the highest standard of service delivery. Again, IT skills are essential as the role requires you to be operational as well as transactional.
