Digital Partnerships Manager

A B2C insurance provider is seeking a Digital Partnerships Manager to drive and support the onboarding of new partners. This role will set the strategy and plan for partnerships within marketing, creating a roadmap of delivery across the marketing team andwider business. Additionally, you will monitor online performance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work across marketing to set and deliver the partnership strategy, from agreeing exclusive incentives through to delivering a communications strategy.
- Work closely with the Channel & Partnerships team to plan and execute new partner integrations.
- Monitoring and optimisation of all partner performance metrics.
- Setting and planning the digital roadmap for partners from new landing pages through to funnel improvements.
- Delivering MI on partner performance and meeting with partners to deliver performance metrics to them.
- Carry out additional duties requested by a member of the management team, as the requirements of the business demand.
- Ability to work to agreed performance targets.
- Versatile, with the ability to adapt quickly to the changing needs of a rapidly developing business.
**Requirements**:
- Must have excellent communication skills to work with business partners and various departments within the business.
- Must be of an intermediate level in using Microsoft Excel. Experience in Google Data Studio is desirable but not essential.
- Ideally will have experience working within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Experience of CMS platforms and site content management.
- UK experience is essential.
**Current salary**: £40-45,000
