We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Bar Back to join our dynamic team. As a Bar Back, you will play a crucial role in supporting the bar team, ensuring the smooth flow of operations, and contributing to the overall excellence of our drinking experience. If you have a passion for hospitality, a strong work ethic, and are committed to delivering top-notch service, we invite you to be a valuable part of the experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist bartenders in the setup and breakdown of the bar area.
- Ensure the bar is well-stocked with supplies, including ice, glassware, and garnishes.
- Retrieve and restock liquor, beer, and other beverages as needed.
- Keep the bar area clean and organized, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Support bartenders during service, anticipating their needs and contributing to a seamless workflow.
- Collaborate with other staff members to maintain an efficient and harmonious working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a Bar Back or similar support role is advantageous but not required.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy items, such as kegs and cases of beverages.
